We are delighted to announce our third annual conference DWIGHTMUN ‘26 will take place at
Dwight School Dubai on 20th – 22nd November 2026. We look forward to welcoming you as a Delegate or a Chair to debate and discuss topics centred on the theme of “Growing in Unity, Shaping Tomorrow – One Community. One Purpose”.
The fee for the 3 day conference is 275 AED and is inclusive of all meals and the Social Event.

As a hub of innovation, diversity and leadership, Dubai offers the ideal backdrop for bringing together young changemakers from across the region and beyond. Dedicated to ‘The Year of Community ’ as declared by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the UAE, the theme of this year ’ s conference is ‘Empowering Youth, Strengthening Communities: From Vision to Action.”
Today’s youth are not just future leaders—they are present changemakers. As communities across the globe face rising inequalities, climate threats, social fragmentation, and economic instability, youth participation is crucial in fostering inclusive and resilient societies.

The Year of Sustainability
“Putting pledges into practice: committing to Global Sustainability and Security.”
The theme of ‘Putting Pledges into Practice: Committing to Action for Global Sustainability and Security ’ is dedicated to the ‘UAE Year of Sustainability ’ as declared by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the UAE, to solidify the United Arab Emirates ’ commitment to address current challenges related to sustainability as professed in UAE COP28.
As witnessed in COP28, global leaders united to support accomplishments and endorsements on crucial policies, and we wish to follow in their footsteps and to put those pledges into practice. The exponential growth of Dubai and the UAE portrays an ever-evolving community that is committed to making a positive impact both nationally, and internationally, and we would be delighted to host you, not only at our beautiful campus, but also in the spectacular country we call home.
Secretariat Team
Secretary General – Lorenzo
My name is Lorenzo, I am a grade 12 student from Italy, and I have been part of DwightMUN for 3 years now. Last year I had the honor to be part of the Secretariat Team as the Under Secretary of Delegates. This year I am taking the role of Secretary General. I am extremely grateful to have this opportunity, as it was a great experience to be part of the Secretariat Team last year and I am excited to start this year with this new role. I am especially excited to gain valuable insight in a leadership position as well as working with the team. I look forward to making our new conference our best one yet and to expand our MUN community across our school and Dubai.
Vice Secretary General – Gleb
Hello! My name is Gleb, I am a grade 12 student from Russia. I joined MUN in grade 10, and had an honor to serve as an undersecretary of committees last year and experience the whole hierarchy of Model United Nations. This year I am taking on the role of the Vice Secretary General, and would do my best to ensure the best MUN experience of all of our delegates in DWIGHTMUN’26 conference. I am incredibly delighted to be selected at such a crucial role and looking forward to gaining the priceless experience throughout the journey that a leadership role of this caliber will take me.
Undersecretary of Committees – Tanvi
My name is Tanvi and I am a Grade 10 student from India. This is my 5th year in MUN and my 3nd year in DwightMUN. Last year, I was part of the Secretariat team as Undersecretary of Chairs for GA1 and this year I am honored take the role of Secretariat of Chairs. Throughout this conference this year, I hope gain new experiences and perspectives to help and guide delegates, and everyone else involved in MUN. I am especially excited to help the delegates and forming and developing of the committees . Overall, I hope to grow as both a leader and as part of a team while helping and supporting the delegates and the rest of the team for the conference.
Undersecretary of Delegates – Malika
My name is Malika, and I am a Grade 11 student. This is my fourth year participating in Model United Nations, and throughout this time I have had the opportunity to serve as a delegate, which has helped me develop my skills in public speaking, research, and diplomacy. This year, I am honored to serve as the Under-Secretary of Delegates for the Secretariat team. I am grateful for the opportunity to take on a leadership role within a conference that has played an important part in my MUN journey. I am especially looking forward to supporting delegates throughout the conference, helping ensure that they have a smooth and enriching experience while engaging meaningfully in debate and discussion. I hope to contribute to creating a well-organized and engaging conference, while also continuing to grow my own leadership and teamwork skills as part of the Secretariat.
Undersecretary of Chairs – Shyam
My name is Shyam, and I am a Grade 12 student serving as the Under Secretary of Chairs for this conference. This marks my third year participating in Model United Nations and my first opportunity to be a part of the Secretariat team. Throughout my MUN journey, I have had the privilege of receiving the Best Delegate award on two occasions and have also gained valuable experience serving as a committee chair. MUN has allowed me to develop my skills in public speaking, diplomacy, and critical thinking while engaging with diverse perspectives and global issues. As Undersecretary of Chairs, I look forward to working closely with the dais members to ensure that committees are well-organized, productive, and enriching for all participants. I am excited to contribute to the success of this conference and help create a memorable experience for every delegate.
Vice Undersecretary of Chairs – Abbas
My name is Abbas, and I am a 10th-grade student currently in my third year of participating in Model United Nations (MUN). This year marks my first time serving on the secretariat team as the Vice Undersecretary of Chairs. Throughout my MUN journey, I have gained valuable experience as both a delegate and a chair, allowing me to develop strong leadership, public speaking, and problem-solving skills. In my role, I look forward to supporting the chairs, helping ensure committees run smoothly, and contributing to a professional and engaging conference environment. I am excited to continue learning, working with students from diverse backgrounds, and helping make DwightMUN a rewarding and memorable experience for all participants.
Undersecretary of Operations & Logistics – Rama
My name is Rama, I’m in 10th grade and in my 5th year of participating in Model United Nations (MUN) and my 3rd year on the Dwight Secretariat Team. As the Undersecretary of Operations and Logistics this year, I’m excited to gain leadership experience, improve my organizational skills, learn more about MUN, and meet people from around the world. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to making DwightMUN a memorable and enriching experience for all and ensure its success.
Vice Undersecretary of Operations & Logistics – Anastasiia
My name is Anastasiia & I am in grade 12 currently. This is my 3rd year of participating in MUN. My experience included being a delegate multiple times and a chair. I am honored to serve as a Vice Undersecretary of Operations and Logistics. I look forward to gain new leadership experience, help to solve logistical problems during the conference and ensure that the entire process is as smooth and possible. I am excited to work together with the Secretariat Team members and create memorable and significant conferences.
Undersecretary of Events – Amanda
My name is Amanda, I am Italian, and I am in grade 10. This is my 5th year doing MUN and my 2nd year being part of DwightMUN. Last year I was a chair for UNICEF and this year, I am honored to be part of the Secretariat team and be able to take the role of Undersecretariat of Events. In the conferences this year I am excited to gain more experience and learn more about MUN, strengthen my multitasking and organisational skills and being open and get to know more people. I look forward to create a memorable conference with and for everyone and contribute to making DwightMUN a succesful experience.
Undersecretary of Design – Salma
My name is Salma, and I am a Grade 12 student from Egypt. This is my first year being part of the Secretariat Team, and I’m excited to take on the role of Undersecretary of Design. One of the things I’m most excited about is working with such a motivated team and being part of a community that values collaboration, leadership, and new perspectives. Through this role, I hope to help create a conference experience that feels engaging, welcoming, and memorable for everyone involved. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from those around me, challenge myself creatively, and contribute to the MUN community.
Undersecretary of Marketing – Alya
Hello, my name is Alya. This is my first year being a part of the Secretariat team. I am excited to contribute, learn new skills, and work alongside such a dedicated group of students. I look forward to helping make this year’s MUN conferences successful and memorable for everyone involved.
I am currently in Grade 10 and am Australian-Emirati. Last year, I had the opportunity to serve as a Co-Chair for UNESCO, where I developed my leadership, public speaking, and problem-solving skills while helping delegates engage in meaningful debate and collaboration. My experience in MUN has taught me the importance of diplomacy, teamwork, and open-mindedness, and it has inspired me to become even more involved in the community.
Undersecretary of Marketing – Ceylin
My name is Ceylin, this is my third year in MUN and my first year as part of the Secretariat Team. Throughout my MUN journey, I have developed valuable skills such as communication, leadership, creativity and teamwork while collaborating with students from all around the globe. Being part pof MUN has really been an incredibly rewarding experience and I am extremely excited to contribute to planning this years conference in a new capacity. As Understecretary of Marketing, I look forward to promoting our event, engaging delegates and helping create a successful and memorable conference for everyone involved. I am eager to work alongside the Secretariat team and ensure that this year’s conference is both impactful and and enjoyable for all.
Undersecretary of Staff – Saule
My name is Saule and I am a Grade 9 student from Lithuania. This is my fourth year being a part of Dwight’s MUN extracurricular and I am extremely excited to be this year’s Undersecretary of staff. Throughout my years in MUN, I have participated as a delegate, and chaired conferences. As Undersecretary of Staff, I look forward to supporting our staff members, helping conferences run smoothly, and creating a positive and welcoming environment for all participants. I am excited to work alongside the Secretariat team and contribute to another successful year of Dwight MUN.

Hello, my name is Kira, and I am currently in grade 10. This is my second year participating in Model United Nations, and I am honored to be serving as the Vice Secretariat of Delegates for the first time.
